		<description>Delicious!  The lemon-herb crust is very similar to a recipe I have used often for Grouper and other similar mild fish.  I usually cook it under a broiler, adding the mixture after flipping the fish over the first time.  I am embarrassed to say I never thought to try it on the grill!  

The citrus salmon sounds awesome as well!</description>
